According to a bombshell Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint filed by Donald J. Trump for President 2024, Inc., the Labour Party, a foreign political organization, has been actively interfering in Kamala Harris’ campaign. The complaint, filed on October 21, 2024, accuses the Labour Party of making illegal foreign contributions and meddling in the election, a clear violation of U.S. law.
Foreign Meddling? Not on Our Watch.
Here’s the kicker: This isn’t just speculation or wild conspiracy. According to reports from The Telegraph and The Washington Post, Labour Party officials have been meeting directly with Harris’ campaign. Morgan McSweeney, Chief of Staff to U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and Matthew Doyle, Starmer’s Director of Communications, attended a convention in Chicago where they directly advised Harris’ campaign on strategy. They were reportedly teaching her team how to win back disaffected voters by borrowing tactics that worked for the Labour Party.
In other words, the Labour Party is actively influencing how the Democratic candidate runs her campaign. One quote from the complaint sums it up best:
- “The Labour Party and the Harris for President campaign have forgotten the message. The United States won its political independence from Britain… it appears they seek to reverse that hard-fought victory.”
This is not just foreign nationals advising a candidate—they’re helping to shape Harris’ campaign messaging, even influencing slogans and strategies. Sound familiar? It’s a throwback to what led to Joe Biden’s collapse in the 1988 election when he was caught plagiarizing speeches from British politicians. Now, Kamala Harris seems to be playing the same game, reportedly borrowing Labour Party slogans like “stop the chaos” and “turn the page.”
Illegal Foreign Contributions: A Blatant Violation
This goes beyond campaign advice. The complaint also alleges that Sofia Patel, Head of Operations for the Labour Party, organized a full-scale operation to send 100 Labour Party staff members to swing states across the U.S. to help Harris win. As Patel said in a now-deleted LinkedIn post:
“Let’s show those Yanks how to win elections!”
That’s right—Labour Party staff are physically traveling to the U.S. to assist with Harris’ campaign. Even more shocking, Patel’s internal email allegedly asked Labour staffers if they’d be willing to fly to the U.S. to help Harris become the first female president. The only caveat? They’d have to pay for their flights. Patel even promised that “we will sort your housing,” implying Labour would cover accommodation costs, according to the complaint.
As if this wasn’t outrageous enough, the complaint draws comparisons to a similar case: MUR 7035 (Australian Labor Party), where the Federal Election Commission fined Bernie Sanders’ campaign for accepting help from Australian nationals. In that case, Australian nationals were caught volunteering for the Sanders campaign, and both sides were hit with a civil penalty.
The Labour Party’s actions mirror that case, and it’s likely that Harris’ campaign has knowingly accepted illegal foreign contributions. As the complaint highlights:
- “It strains credulity that the Labour Party would deploy 100 people to assist the Harris campaign without the campaign’s knowledge.”
The pattern is clear. The Harris campaign is walking a thin line of legality, and it’s not just a few bad actors. The entire Labour Party appears to be mobilizing to get Harris elected, with the full knowledge of her campaign team.
A Threat to Democracy and Free Speech
The stakes couldn’t be higher. What we’re witnessing here is a direct attack on the integrity of U.S. elections. Foreign interference undermines the core of our democracy. And yet, this is exactly what the Democrats claim to fight against. The hypocrisy is staggering. They screamed for four years about “foreign interference” during the Trump administration, but now, when it suits their agenda, they’re all too happy to accept it.
As Justice Kavanaugh once wrote in the ruling on Bluman v. Federal Election Commission:
- “The government may exclude foreign citizens from activities ‘intimately related to the process of democratic self-government.”
In plain terms, foreign nationals have no business influencing U.S. elections—yet here we are, watching the Harris campaign violate this principle by taking help from the Labour Party. It’s happening right in front of us. And it’s happening with impunity.

The Democrats are playing with fire by allowing foreign powers to influence our elections. Today it’s the U.K. Labour Party. Tomorrow, who knows? Every American should be alarmed that a foreign political party is trying to influence who becomes the next U.S. president.
